Back by popular demand, the International Potluck and Fashion Show will be held again in 2025. Join us September 24 in the new MPR! Bring a dish to share, wear an outfit from a country that's near and dear to you and have a good time with your Highlands friends.

 

Schedule of Events:

 

5:00 - 5:30pm - Potluck Check-in

5:30 - 6:00pm - Fashion Show Check-in

5:30 - 6:30pm - Dinner

6:30 - 7:30pm - Fashion Show (students and staff)

 

In order to be a success, we need your help - use these sign in sheets to let us know how you can participate and/or help.

Potluck

 

Sign up here for the potluck. Serving size is completely up to you! Suggested serving size is 10-12. We’ll certainly take less and surely take more!!!

 

 

Please note 

 

  • We won't be able to provide anything, to keep food warm or cold.  
  • Bring your own, labeled spatulas for serving. 
  • If you are bringing non-alcoholic beverages we’ll provide the cups.
  • Clearly label the protein, if it's vegetarian, and allergens in the place card we provide at check-in.
  • Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings. The organizers, PTA, or the school will not be held accountable for any lost items.

 

  • Check-in your dish between 5.00pm-5.30pm. 

 

 

Fashion Show

 

Sign up here for the International Fashion Show. It is open to students and staff.  We’d love for kids and adults to wear your special outfit, even if you don’t participate in the fashion show!!

 

Please note 

 

  • Check-in between 5.30pm-6.00pm 
  • We will call you backstage at 6.15pm to get ready for the show. Make sure you get some food before that. You can continue eating after the show!

The Charleston Wrap 2025 Fundraiser has started!

 

Please look for the letter, catalogs and order form going home this week. The letter has a lot of great information and describes how you can go online and register your student, so that you can share the online catalog with friends, family, neighbors and co-workers.

 

Highlands Elementary receives up to 50% for each item sold, to support important PTA programs such as Computer Technology, Art, Music, Science and much more! Our goal is $25,000 in sales.

 

Please see coupon sheet in the fundraiser packet for how to claim Snap Racer collectibles!

Coupons can be turned in on Wednesday 8/27, 9/3, 9/10 and 9/17 after school in the 2nd and 3rd grade courtyard area.

 

Visit registercw.com and register your student using School ID# 11189. You can order online or turn your order form in by Friday, September 19th.
