Creating a Membership Toolkit account is the first step, but it does not automatically make you a PTA member. Once you’re signed in, join or renew your PTA membership for the current school year. 

Why Join the PTA?

Joining the PTA helps strengthen our school community and gives members a voice in PTA decisions. Members can also access the PTA member directory, connect with other Highlands families, and be part of the California State PTA and National PTA.

After joining or renewing your membership, please also make your annual SMART Fund contribution. SMART Fund giving is separate from PTA membership and directly supports Highlands programs, enrichment, teacher grants, events, and other student opportunities.
